Products Brief Introduction
The dual channel full height turnstile is an intelligent access control system that integrates multiple groups of independent turnstiles. Through a fully enclosed structure (usually over 2 meters high), a physical isolation barrier is formed. Each group of channels operates independently, achieving precise control of "one person, one gate", effectively eliminating illegal behaviors such as tailgating and climbing over.
☆Turnstile working condition is adjustable by setting the button on main control board.
☆Turnstile can compatible with door access control system/ consumption system /biometric recognition system/ ESD system/ticket system and so on.
☆Turnstile use secondly mechanism with shock absorption device and anti-reverse device(with patent).
☆Turnstile with 60°anti-reverse function.
☆Anti-collision avoidance function: Before received the open signal, the turnstile will lock automatically.
☆When out of the power , turnstile will open the gates automatically to meet the fire alarm requirements
☆Automatic Reset Functions: after you swap the card, during the specific time (the system default is 10s), System will reset in 1~60s When powered off, turnstile will open automatically, powered on turnstile will close automatically.

Process of Full Height Turnstile
- Design stage: design appearance, internal structure, electronic control system;
- Material procurement: stainless steel casing, internal mechanical parts, etc.
- Processing stage: Metal parts require cutting, stamping, welding, bending and other processes. The outer shell is processed with sheet metal to form the required shape and size
- Assembly stage: Integrate the various components, assemble the shell, mechanical structure, electronic control system, power supply, etc. into a complete gate machine
- Testing phase: including functional testing, durability testing, safety testing, etc.
- Packaging and delivery: After passing the test, the gate will be cleaned and packaged, using wooden boxes or shockproof materials to prevent damage during transportation.
